The brand is perceived as slow and unreliable. Portray Wema as a fast, innovative, reliable, new generation bank.
The Solution
We employed a 360° approach — Wema signed Teni the Entertainer as ambassador. We used lyrics from her songs as the creative spine for 3 TVCs. All banking products were humanised to ensure they were more relatable.
